This three-part workshop series is designed for experienced yogis ready to refine their practice, build on their strengths, and deepen their understanding of Vinyasa flow.
Each session focuses on key elements of alignment, transitions, and breathwork to help you fine-tune your movements, elevate your flow, and cultivate greater confidence on your mat.
MASTERING THE ESSENTIALS
Sunday, March 16 | 3:00–5:00pm
Even seasoned practitioners benefit from returning to the fundamentals.
This session revisits the foundation of Sun Salutation A, emphasizing precision and control in poses like:

Chaturanga Dandasana (Plank/Push Ups)

Through a posture lab and 60 minute flow, you’ll refine your technique and set the stage for a stronger practice.

Sunday, April 27 | 9:30–11:30am
Build on your foundational knowledge with the dynamic Sun Salutation B, incorporating Warrior poses and deeper transitions.
This session will strengthen your body and mind as you refine poses like:

and transitional flows such as connecting vinyasas (forward fold to downward dog).
Through a posture lab and a 60 minute flow, you’ll uncover your body’s natural capacity to build strength and improve mobility.

THE ART OF FLOW
Sunday, May 18 | 9:30–11:30am
Elevate your Vinyasa practice by exploring advanced transitions and breathwork.
This session focuses on:

Moving with fluidity and ease

Combining breath

Strength

Mindfulness to find your flow state.
Learn techniques to build confidence in challenging transitions such as crow, crow shoot backs, hopping forward and binds that will help you to find more ease in your practice.
We will begin with a posture lab and finish with an extended vinyasa practice.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
BRITTANY ROMANO



Brittany is a Yoga instructor teaching Vinyasa and Heated Power Flow Yoga at Mesa Fitness.
Brittany believes yoga is about connection—both to ourselves and to others. Through personal experiences like giving birth and overcoming a back injury, she has learned that growth comes from both challenges and successes. With 17 years of teaching experience, she is an ERYT 500 and has trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Kids, and Prenatal Yoga. She led and assisted in numerous teacher trainings and is passionate about helping students deepen their practice.
Beyond yoga, Brittany is the Executive Director of Startup Colorado, a nonprofit supporting rural founders and startup ecosystems. She has lived in and out of the valley since 2011, she is also a proud mom to her 3-year-old daughter, Kalyn. Brittany loves mountain biking, trail running, dirt biking, skiing, and just about anything that keeps her moving outdoors.
