Our Team Training program is one of the most popular programs at Mesa Fitness.
This event is a culmination of EVERY team training class in a test to see what you're made of. The Team Training Games will test five common exercises to test your overall strength, endurance, and mental fortitude.

Classes throughout the month of September will start integrating additional training for these five exercises to help participants prepare for the event.
Classes will not be solely for those participating at any point, even during the event, so all members are welcome to attend!
