WHY IS FITNESS
Regular physical activity can help your children build strong bones and muscles, help them control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease!
Teaching your children the proper techniques, practices, and safety behind using weights and functional movements can help set them up for a long life of healthy living.
For your child's safety, please check with your doctor or pediatrician to ensure your child is ready for exercise on a camp scale.
Set your child up with a foundational strength and understand that will last a lifetime.
Physical education in school is a great starting point, but unfortunately, many schools don't have the funs for a weight room until your child reaches high school. Give them a head start and get them familiar with the gym!
Student-athletes will learn the fundamentals and how to perform safely in a gym environment.
Understanding the fundamentals can not only set them up for long-term success but help reduce the risk for injury for years to come!
IMPROVED COORDINATION & BALANCE
Coordination and balance can often be an issue for children as they grow. Our Kids Camp program provides them with exercise that helps them build their coordination and balance normally and for extracurricular activities!
HAVE FUN IN THE GYM!
The most important part of introducing physical education on this scale at a young age is to make it fun! Our coaches set up each class with more than just a workout, but a fun way to expand play to make the gym a fun place for your children!
