"I have trained in Eifermens gym and then the first Golds in Las Vegas when I lived there. I have trained at Golds in San Diego. Mesa Fitness is as good a facility as I have been in. I have lifted for over forty years, ten of those I was power lifting. Mesa Fitness is a great place for everyone to train."

I think what sets this location apart from the others is the staff, especially in the kids club. The ladies in there were all very friendly and ACTUALLY played with the kiddos. They were on the floor doing puzzles, building Legos, coloring, talking with the kids. My kids had a great time there!
These ladies actually WANTED the kids to have fun & they definitely did! Love coming here!

I really enjoy this gym. My trainer is Jen who is great and so patient and encouraging. Lots of machines and a fun Zumba class with Larisa! The place is spotless and well-maintained. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Barre is incredible with Maggie and Michaela! I have lost 25 pounds in 11 weeks thanks to them. They are amazing. It's a great gym with awesome childcare also.

Awesome staff and facility. I am active duty military and they offer free entry to military on leave. I will always support this business when I visit this town, can't recommend this place enough. Their functional fitness room has pretty much everything you would find at a high quality CrossFit gym.

I love this gym. More seniors than young people when I go and they work hard and the gym offers senior yoga and Zumba and many more options for seniors.

I've gone here for 3+ years and love, love, love it! The staff is great, the classes are fun and get you moving, and they keep a clean gym! Also, the movie cardio theater is perfect for a workout without having to see everyone! 5 Stars! Oh, and if you want to go the extra mile and get a trainer, call Shane Barks for a personal trainer!

I have never had a problem or complaint with the staff or the facility. They do a great job of keeping their equipment up to date and clean. Even on busy days I never seem to have an issue finding or using the equipment I prefer. Thanks and keep it up.

I come here 5 days a week the environment is friendly the trainers are awesome. There's a large verity of machines and other equipment. There's a pool that always warm a sona, a steem room, and a hot tub. Theres movies in the cardio room. Its all and all the best gym I've been too.
