WHAT IS THE GRIT EXPERIENCE?

The GRIT EXPERIENCE is an 8-week program which gives members an opportunity to experience our newest program, Les Mills GRIT. Not only will you get to experience GRIT physically, but you will also begin to understand how GRIT and HIIT training can help you grow mentally as well!

HOW MUCH IS IT? WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The GRIT EXPERIENCE is a $35 experience and gives you access to not only Les Mills GRIT Strength, but also the entirety of a PLATINUM membership for the duration of the 8 week program. 

This means that you can try out any of our Mind & Body Classes, Team Training with our personal trainers, or enjoy our Recovery Center after a workout, all for $35*. 

Plus, you also get a free fitness assessment at the start of the program to take trackable measurements so you can see your progress at the end of the 8 weeks and how Les Mills GRIT helped you!

*Some restrictions apply. The GRIT experience does not include access to Sunkiss'd Tanning amenity. Fitness assessments are done by GRIT instructors before or after their scheduled GRIT classes. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: If I am a PLATINUM member, can I still participate in the GRIT Experience?

A: Absolutely! You would not need to pay the $35 experience fee. We would still be happy to do a fitness assessment to help document your physical transformation during the 8-week program.

Q: How often should I attend GRIT to see results?

A: We recommend attending Les Mills GRIT two to three times per week for the best results!
