ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Caitlin!
As a lifelong dancer with a passion for movement, balance, and overall wellness, I understand the importance of incorporating fitness to enhance your life. I train to feel my best, both mentally and physically, and to help others discover the same sense of strength and stability.
For me, movement is more than just a workout; it's a way to improve my mood, boost my confidence, and build resilience both in and out of the gym.
When I'm not training clients or preparing the next generation of dancers, you can usually find me out on the water, wake surfing or boating, dancing to any music with a good beat, or planning my next trip. Whether through travel, dance, or exercise, I love staying active, exploring new experiences, and helping others discover how fun movement can be.
