Mesa Fitness is thrilled to announce a significant upgrade that will bring over 50 new pieces of equipment to our Clifton and Grand Junction locations!
This upgrade features 26 unique styles of machines, both plate-loaded and selectorized, as well as new weight plates and advanced cable stack setups.
Mesa Fitness is dedicated to providing our members with the highest-quality workout experience, and this new equipment is part of our commitment to continually improving our facilities.

The $39.00 annual enhancement fee is due 60 days after enrollment.
Cocoon Fitness Pod, Red Light Therapy, and All Access UV Tanning are offered through Sunkiss'd Tan & Wellness.
FAQ's
All of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis! All you need to do to cancel is provide a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership with us. No more waiting a year to get out of it!
Q: Is there a term contract with the memberships?
Each of our memberships offer access to both Mesa Fitness locations as well as access to our partner gym, Gold's Gym in Montrose!
Q: Can I attend multiple locations with my membership?
Both locations are open Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm and 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday!
Q: What hours are the gyms open?
Yes you do! With each new member you refer to join the gym, you earn a free month toward your membership!
Q: Do I earn rewards for referring friends or family to join the gym?
Kids Club is available at our Grand Junction location only and can be added at the front desk at any time!
Q: How do I add Kids Club to my membership?
All class schedules are available on the Mesa Fitness mobile app or a downloadable version is also available on our website!
