Welcome, Mesa Fitness Clifton!

For two years, Mesa Fitness has had a singular location in Grand Junction. That time is new over! Mesa Fitness would like to welcome our new location in Clifton, Colorado! Formerly a part of Gold's Gym, our new Clifton location has taken on a transformation challenge of its own, dawning the new blue and grey color scheme. Mesa Fitness Grand Junction has partnered with the location since its conception, but now gets to share their name. With the new change, there may be some questions, and we hope to have answered most of those here!

WHAT AMENITIES ARE OFFERED?

Our new Clifton location will have similar offerings to our Grand Junction location, but with their own unique flare! Mesa Fitness Clifton will offer: Cardio, Cardio Cinema, Racquetball, Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam, Group Exercise Classes, Functional Training Center, Team Training, Tanning, and more!

Mesa Fitness Clifton does also offer a unique array of Group Exercise and Team Training classes, and their own unique group of instructors and Personal Trainers! To see their class schedules, click here.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

GYM

Monday through Friday: 4:00 am - 11:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

(Holiday hours may change; please see the club for more details)

CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT
